About Lauren

Lauren is the co-team leader of the Krawczyk Pagano Team at Douglas Elliman. From 2020 to 2025, the team earned the prestigious “Pinnacle” award, finishing in the top 3% of agents company-wide. She was also recognized as #3 among St. Petersburg's real estate agents on social media in 2021 and #4 in 2020. Since making St. Petersburg her home in 2012, she has gained extensive knowledge of what makes the area such a sought-after place to live.

From market trends and exclusive luxury property offerings to the city itself with its unique neighborhoods and popular events, as well as extensive charity work and involvement, she is connected to her community at the highest level and has a true passion for both its people and natural beauty. Lauren is keenly attuned to her client’s needs, guiding them through every step of a transaction. Her extensive market knowledge, innovative thinking, excellent communication skills, and high energy have made her a success in the Tampa Bay market.

Her client service and sales expertise were honed over several years working with a large commercial developer in Jacksonville. Originally from South Carolina, Lauren developed a passion for equestrian sports. She was a competitive jumper, rode on the University of South Carolina Equestrian Team.

Lauren studied Fashion Merchandising at the University of South Carolina and loves fashion to this day. She is very involved with the community and is a former board member for Heels to Heal, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence receive the resources necessary for healing. She is also a member of The Margaret Acheson Stuart Society, benefitting the St Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, and is a board member of R'Club Childcare, Inc.

In her free time, she enjoys running, kayaking, reading, driving her golf cart around downtown St Petersburg, and exploring all the events, restaurants, and local gems St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area have to offer.
