I started following Lauren on TikTok because I loved her vibe and content! When it came time to sell a property, One of her videos came up on my FYP and I learned SHE WORKS IN THE SAME AREA as my property I wanted to list! I sent her a DM, and long story short, we closed on the property November 9, and it without a hitch or hiccup. Not only does Lauren possess all the valued qualities of a superior real estate AND buyers agent, she is a pioneer in her approach to the real estate industry (go follow TikTok and you will see what I mean). Lauren walked me through the whole process, staged an empty property, and sold it in a day. No stress, not one bit. 10/10 would recommend, and she gave me citrine and elestial green calcite. If you are looking to sell your home, Lauren is the realtor for you! Lauren is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Lauren in one word is 'fabulous!' As first time home buyers we knew pretty much nothing about the home buying process but we met with Lauren and her team when we were looking for Realtors and didn't look back. They made us feel so at ease and asked about what WE wanted so that they could deliver and buy did they ever. They found a hidden gem we would have never looked at on our own and we are still loving it two months post closing and it ticked all our boxes. Lauren helped us every step of the way with title and a lender and we never felt forced to use either of those vendors. With covid we ran into some processing snags but she made sure we remained calm and collected and got through them to close on time. Her sparkling personality and wealth of knowledge aside, she also saved us several thousand dollars at closing through her careful attention to details. If you're looking for a realtor, run don't walk and schedule an informational interview as soon as you start to think about buying.

Lauren recently helped my husband and I purchase our first house and she was amazing! We were new to the area so it was incredibly helpful for someone who knew the towns we were looking in. She was also very communicative and was always answering my texts whenever we had questions. We hired Lauren Matera to sell our current home and buy our new one.

Lauren was very considerate of our needs when it came to showing our previous home. She was extremely knowledgeable with current market pricing and made sure our listing met the price point for which we were seeking to sell. She ensured we knew what to expect before the house went on the market, staged the home and obtained professional photographs. Her attention to detail and professionalism placed us under contract for above asking price within hours of the home being available for showings.

During this time, we also looked at a variety of homes to purchase. Lauren was responsive and always accommodated our hectic schedule. From the beginning of our search it was clear that she possessed thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we’d visit a new property, Lauren would look for signs of potential problems and make recommendations for inspections or negotiations.

Lauren was always on our side working to make our home purchase simple and successful. She was honest and focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs rather than just closing on a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

Lauren and Rich make a great team! Super detail oriented and kept the stress off during the buying process. They even had patience with some of my more more eclectic and overzealous selections while on the hunt!
