She has successfully closed residential real estate transactions on time and within clients' financial expectations. Lauren brings buyers to homes currently listed in MLS as well as those not marketed through traditional means by using her professional and personal networks. She professionally markets homes for sale via traditional and non-traditional methods based on the needs and time frames of her clients. Lauren collaborates rationally and professionally through negotiations of the contract terms, finances, repairs, and expectations during each portion of the transaction.

With her background in marketing and having grown up in Dallas, the local residential real estate market made the perfect place to launch a career in real estate.
