About Lauren

Lauren considers herself a city girl, exclusively. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh where she attended the public high school for the arts, and received her BA from Temple. Philadelphia has been “home” since 2008: she got her first professional position here, got married here and started her family here. She knows what Philadelphia offers whether you are a young professional or a new family. She has always combined her passions of bicycling and exploring different pockets of Philly and learning what makes each of them special. Knowing the “what” in each neighborhood from cafes to dining to bespoke shops and schools is what you can expect from her.

Lauren has been in high end sales for the last ten years. She’s a strong negotiator, extremely decisive and efficient, but never in a rush – she knows this is your decision. Going into Real Estate was the obvious next step for her because of her innate way with sales and her appreciation of the value of homeownership. Lauren bought her first home when she was 24 years old. It was a flip in a changing South Philly neighborhood. One baby and seven years later she sold that home, made a great profit and moved to (hopefully) her forever home: a historic Queen Village house built in 1783 -- now with two babies! Lauren understands the help that first time homeowners need, and the stressors to be avoided so her clients have a positive experience. Whether it’s new construction or a historic piece of Philadelphia, Lauren uses her first-hand knowledge and the resources from the City Block Team to give her clients the very best advice and representation.
