I love old homes, the smell of fresh paint & making people's real estate dreams come true. After a 28-year career in executive & project management in aerospace/ tech firms and earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, I switched streams to real estate over 20 years ago. I am a listing specialist & help people spruce up to sell, thus making more $$! I also work with buyers and help them get the best deals on their dream homes. I am a real estate coach to other less experienced agents, helping them learn the advanced marketing techniques and things like AI and website design I use daily. Married for 35 years to an architect, we have two adult daughters, one a YouTube personality & the other a Veterinary Radiologist. I believe strongly in honesty, integrity, professionalism, and a servant's heart -- life is chiefly about service to others, and I look forward to serving you. Licensed in WA, OR, and CA, I serve the entire Portland Metro area, including the Washington suburbs of Portland.
