Lauren Radsniak

Let me introduce myself. I grew up in Middletown NJ and I graduated from Monmouth University with a BS in Business and a minor in Marketing in three and half years. While attending college, I obtained my real estate license. While working in real estate, I became certified as a portfolio property manager and have been managing numerous Condominium Associations and HOA's ever since. I hung my real estate license with the referral department during the time I was employed as a full-time manager. I met my (now) husband, moved to the shore and am blessed to have two daughters. I had a passion for helping people find the home they so dreamed of. Therefore, I decided to come out of referral in 2019 and returned to working as a full-time agent. I love what I do, love meeting new people. I am blessed to be raising a family on the Jersey Shore. My family, my dogs and my faith are most important to me.
