Lauren Rodgers is a consummate professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable about our hectic, local real estate market, and is intuitive and personal enough to be able to help anyone navigate it successfully.

Bottom line: within 24 hours of our house hitting the market she had lined up an offer 10k over our asking price. Deciding to work with her was the single best decision we made in the process of buying and selling our home. I have no doubt that you’ll feel the same way.

After relocating to Stirling VA from a drastically different market we chose to take our home purchase slow. This meant that over more many months we would dip a toe in, looking at a few homes, and then back away. Over this time one realtor really stood out. She was willing to work with us as we would see new listings that motivated us to start looking again, even when many others would most likely have cut us loose. Earlier this year we decided to take the plunge, just as the world was getting ready to change. Lauren continued working with us during this trying time viewing countless homes in dispersed areas of the region. We lost a few bids along the way, but she worked with us, educating us about the unique aspects of the DC Metro market and helping to find innovative ways to improve our offers without costing us more than we were comfortable spending. Ultimately, we are glad those early offers fell through as our new home meets every item on our wish-list. Lauren was an awesome agent that anyone would be lucky to work with. Lauren Rodgers helped my fiancé and I find our perfect first home. She was always available to discuss our millions of questions and super patient through the whole process. Lauren always made sure to explain each step of the home buying process as she knew we were new to this. I think a lot of people don’t realize how much time and effort realtors put into the home buying/selling process. We definitely appreciated Lauren’s efforts. Lauren worked very hard to find us a perfect fit and we couldn’t be happier. Any time we hear that someone is looking to buy or sell, we tell them to reach out to Lauren.
