I give 5 stars score to Dylan and his team. He was realistic and clear since the beginning. This is my first house and I was very anxious not knowing if I could afford the monthly payments. I expressed with complete honesty my financial situation and Dylan could translate that into a realistic house price. Also, he offered several options and he gave me time to do my research. When I chose the house, Dylan was outstanding in the negotiation, always putting my interests on his duties. He kept me updated to the minute, he was available and responsive to answer my questions. Then, when the offer was accepted by the seller, he was outstanding to get the best during the inspection. He help me and calmed my anxieties minute by minute. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jake Wells in 2018 when I decided to sell my home of thirty nine years. He was very professional, patient and understanding. He made sure that I understood the contract and continued to check with me to see if I needed assistance with finding another residence and moving. When Jake came by the entire appointment was about 45 minutes and it was very different. It was more about us than the sale of the home. I am writing this letter to recommend the Real Estate services of one Jake Wells.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Wells recently on the sale of a property. In my life I have made many such sales and purchases in several different states, principally due to my travels, but also as investments. Typically these transactions go fairly smoothly with an occasional snag here and there but they can be somewhat onerous and rarely are they appointments that I would look forward to. With Jake the process was a pure pleasure. Our first meeting began with a smile and a strong handshake, but more importantly, Jake was on time to the minute which I find refreshing. The next time we met was at closing which is amazing to me. Jake handled everything from top to bottom demonstrating his knowledge and professionalism. All I had to do was show up with a pen. The meeting ended with the same smile and strong hand shake.
