Lauren and Dorie Schwaiger are an awesome daughter-mother team who really know how to help you get the best in both buying and selling a home. Lauren has helped us do both, and we have been extremely happy with the results! Working with Lauren was a dream! As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge on what I was doing, and had a ton of questions. She was patient with me and guided me through the entire process start to finish. I have now done 4 separate transactions with Lauren (including purchasing two investment properties) and every experience has been wonderful. She always goes above and beyond, whether it's driving to you to pick up a document, or answering the phone at 9pm at night. Lauren truly cares about her clients, and it shows. We have worked with Lauren and Dori for more than one real estate transaction over the last few years and would not even consider anyone else. While we have worked most closely with Lauren, they have both taken time to listen to our wants, ideas, concerns, etc and do such an awesome job of taking into account our lifestyle and taste. We tend to be a little random and change course or chase a new idea at the drop of a pin and they’ve been so understanding and great at offering guidance and tips when needed while also keeping us in line to ensure everything gets done in a timely and professional manner. Lauren and Dori truly care about their clients and have provided the best service every time. It’s wonderful to work with a mother and daughter and they make the best team.
