Lauren and her team made the process of selling our house and finding an amazing new home fantastically smooth. Lauren provided practical advice to get our house ready for sale within a limited timeline and budget, helping us focus on the highest imact updates to get our home to show in its best possible light. We felt supported throughout the entire process and our many, many questions were answered quickly. The marketing materials (photos, video, brochure, social media posts) were polished and made our house look amazing. We had multiple offers, sold above asking, and were able to negotiate a use and occupancy period so that we had buffer between the closing and our move in date at our new house.

This was our first time purchasing a home in a competitive market and we never would have landed at our sweet new spot without Patricia's depth of experience, familiarity with the neighborhoods, and negotiating tenacity. She helped us buy the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood, getting us all of our must haves and most of our nice-to-have features and then close on a very tight timeline.

Recently we put our house up for sale. Lauren and her team helped us set up the house for photos that best showed our house. Using those photos they prepared color brochures with layouts, square footage, and any other salient information for potential buyers. Those were tastefully placed on a table. They provided us with information regarding furniture and what to leave out and what to put away. The house was presented so that any potential buyer could perceive themselves in the space. Lauren helped us arrive at a fair sale price after we told her what we wished to clear.

Lois helped us “pass on” some furniture that we were no longer taking with us. There was a seamless transition of that furniture to local families.

Days were set up for the Open House.I think that their scrupulous presentation enabled us to sell the house to one of the first people who looked at it. Twenty-four units viewed the house.

The sale of our home of 17 years has been part of a larger, longterm plan, and Lauren made it happen. This was our third transaction with Lauren, but Lauren's approach is hardly "transactional." Lauren is a strategic partner. We started discussions regarding our sale well over two years before the house went on the market. Lauren provided guidance on what upgrades to make to the house, and just as importantly, what not to do. Our plan to sell had a number of moving parts out of our control, and Lauren worked well in advance of our sale to made sure that we would be ready to go to market when we were ready. When that time came, Lauren implemented a marketing plan that yielded six offers, all over listing price, with the offer we accepted coming in 12% over asking. Lauren Tetreault was recommended to my wife and me as the most knowledgeable realtor in the Maynard MA area, where we wanted to relocate after 30+ years in Nashville TN. After working with Lauren and her team, I concur. Lauren listened to what we wanted and what financial resources we brought to achieve our goal, and she delivered big-time. After we toured some properties, Lauren found the perfect condo, guided us through the maze of requirements in the application process, helped us make a successful "Goldilocks" offer (not too much, not too little), and then provided a variety of suggestions and resources for the completion of the purchase (lawyer, flooring guy, painter). Even though the listing was "as-is", we were able to get it inspected and Lauren sampled for radon, which it has. Lauren negotiated an escrow account for a radon mitigation system.

Lauren helped us purchase our new home and we liked her so much - during the process - that we asked her to help us sell our old place, too. We are thrilled with our new home - it's exactly what we wanted with a lot we didn't think we could get - and happily surprised that our old place got several excellent offers and sold for substantially more than the asking price.

Lauren is always professional and articulate. The warmth of her personality makes working with her easy and truly fun. She came out to meet us in a huge rainstorm Friday afternoon - the day before Christmas Eve. When we loved the place - that we ended up buying - she generously gave us her time to prepare an offer.

Lauren is a stickler for important details related to buildings and houses, inside and out, and she used her knowledge for our benefit. I wanted a proven professional, who would take advantage of all available marketing opportunities, especially online. Lauren and her team were wonderful to work with. At every stage of our selling experience, including even making the decision whether or not to sell, they went above and beyond our expectations. They made the process as easy and as smooth for us as possible, and their knowledge of the area was invaluable.

We moved out and left the state soon after listing, and they made selling from afar really easy. Our house sold for asking price within a couple weeks, and Lauren and her team kept everything on track for a speedy closing.

We cannot recommend them more highly!

After hearing about Lauren Tetreault as a great Maynard realtor for several years, we reached out to her when we were ready to sell our Maynard house and buy another in town. We are so glad we did. Lauren was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was patient as we took our time looking for the right house and offered us professional and honest advice from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help us navigate all of the details and gave us excellent recommendations for other local professionals to help with all the various things that buying and selling a house might require (Staging, electricians, plumbers, painters, movers, cleaners). Lauren Tetreault is amazing! She was our buyer’s agent and seller’s agent. I couldn’t imagine going through the process of buying a new home and selling our home without her. She is very knowledgeable, not just in the realty space but in everything you could possibly need related to houses. Lauren and the team were great organizing everything for the sale of our house. She explained all the steps and requirements to us very clearly and stepped in to meet with 3rd parties when we could not make a meeting. One of the team members even recommended furniture re-arrangement to make rooms more inviting. Her knowledge of the area around our town was excellent so we didn't have to explain all the benefits and advantages. The listing and photos were first class and went out on all types of media to connect with a whole range of potential buyers. I really have to comment that it was so good to be able to rely on Lauren and her extended team, to take care of the complicated parts of the gigantic process of moving from one house to another (advertising and selling and all the paperwork).

Lauren and her team were fantastic! I wanted to sell my house and move into a ranch house. She sold my house in 3 days and negotiated a very favorable deal for me. Then she found me an apartment to live in while we waited for the perfect house to come on the market. She had absolutely no responsibility for finding me temporary housing but she did it anyway - that tells you everything. Then, when a ranch popped up on MLS one Saturday morning, she delayed her departure on a long-planned weekend to meet me there, walk through, check on another possibility I had an offer in on, and advise me. We placed an offer and she sent another realtor to answer any questions or concerns in person. Then she negotiated in a multiple offer situation and got me the house. I can't say enough good things about her. I recommend her to everyone I know who needs a Realtor. She's the best.

Lauren took me through purchasing a home after a divorce. Then I moved to Maynard with great help from Lauren. She took my parents through a move from VA to MA. And once again, she handled the sale of my home in Maynard. That one was fun. The market was terrible. We put a solid price on the house. Then sold it the first day it was on the market for full price!

I moved to the woods of NH and did not have Lauren. Was a strange event to not have her at my side. I had to keep teaching the agent up here how to do a solid purchase like Loren had taught me.

She really cares about making you happy and successful. But she makes you feel like part of the community.

Just no one better. Pick up the phone and call!

She is passionate and loves people as much as she loves the homes she helps put those people in--she's like a matchmaker that way! And what's more she is a genuine and relentless champion of the communities where she represents her buyers and sellers.

After we purchased our home in Maynard, Lauren recruited me to get involved in the Community Chest that helps raise funds for dozens of local social and human service organizations in the are--She and I served together on the Board of Directors for more than 2 years--something I wouldn't have thought to get involved in if not for Lauren's care and concern.

She made our home buying experience a thrill and kept us in good humor through the ins, outs, ups and downs of being a buyer in a tricky market! We will definitely go to Lauren if we ever outgrow the home she helped us buy in 2014 and need to put it on the market and find something bigger. My husband and I bought our first home with Lauren in 2004. We liked her so much that when we later became “house flippers,“ we continued to use her and her wonderful team. They are extremely knowledgeable about the current market, honest on what you need to do to sell or buy a home (listen to them as they are always right), available for questions/respond quickly... and they do all of this with a sense of calm. In short, cannot recommend Lauren strongly enough. She is an expert and proved invaluable throughout each step of the home-buying process. I will be recommending Lauren to friends and family from here on out.

My wife and I knew coming into 2020 that we would be entering the market for a home. What we did not expect was to find a home so quickly and relatively stress free. We owe both to Lauren. I contacted Lauren based on a personal recommendation. Lauren was professional, yet easy to talk to. More than anything, I was impressed with her confidence and knowledge of the market. Within minutes, she arranged for my wife and I to see the property ourselves, before the open house scheduled for later that day. Needless to say, we loved it, and asked if Lauren could help us move forward to prepare an offer. Lauren walked us through the process all the up until the offer was accepted, working late into the night to help finalize the paperwork and prepare for next steps. Continuing the trend of personal recommendations, Lauren brought in another connection for the home inspection process. When it came time to finalize the purchase agreement, Lauren continued to be an invaluable resource, both with the terms of the deal and with communications between the parties. As we moved towards closing, Lauren helped guide everyone in the right direction to make sure things went smooth and that my wife and I were both comfortable. All in all, Lauren was personally invested in our success and it showed through her work.
