I was paying high rent at an apartment in my favorite area of town. Wasn’t satisfied but unsure if I could buy, and especially property that fit my location desires as well as price point limits.

I reached out to Lauren to explore options and she educated me on the process, gave me facts and options. She did it in a way that made me excited and confident about this huge decision.

Soon after, she found a home that truly couldn’t be more perfect for me. Process was seamless and in a short amount of time, I moved in.
This was one of the best experiences and decision that I’ve ever made and it happened because of Lauren!

Lauren Tinker and her mother, Joann Keen have diligently helped us in selling our house and finding our current house. Their expertise and excellent resources provided us help in so many areas outside the realm of realty (i.e., assisting us with necessary repairs, solving problems with our home warranty to get reimbursement for these repairs, resolving issues from the buyers home inspection and, in general, their timely responses to any and all issues that we have had involving both the selling and purchasing of our residences). They are both a genuine pleasure to work with and we truly do consider them our good friends.
