Lauren Turnauer Wilcox

As a Marin County native and San Francisco resident, Lauren has a local perspective on what Bay Area living has to offer. Lauren and her husband of 10 years enjoy hiking, biking and exploring all the reasons why they love to live here.

Lauren’s understanding of the intricacies of Marin & San Francisco real estate allows her to create a seamless and personal experience for her clients. Her vast understanding of all aspects of the real estate process coupled with her passion for the industry results in the highest level of customer service to her clients.

Lauren began her real estate career in 2004 and continued to work in the brokerage industry in a variety of capacities. Aside from her experience in assisting buyers and sellers, Lauren spent over 4 years supporting the top producing agent in Marin County with over $300M in real estate transactions. Prior to her current role as a sale’s agent with the Payton+Binnings Team, Lauren was the Director of Operations for Pacific Union Real Estate in San Francisco. She assisted over 200 agents and worked closely with the President of Pacific Union for 5 years. Her attention-to-detail, organizational skills and ability to shoulder significant responsibilities made her an invaluable asset to the company.

Lauren and Brian live in the Marina District of San Francisco but spend some of their weekends visiting friends and family in Marin. They love to spend time in the Lake Tahoe Area or backpacking in Northern California.
