My husband and I were looking for a townhouse in Nashville, which is in a seller’s market. Decisions had to be made within an hour of finding a place. We could not have found a perfect place without Lauren’s expertise. She was there for us at all times and provided crucial advice on how to deal with this crazy market. Within a few weeks, we found a place that was exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Could not recommend Lauren more for your house buying needs! Before beginning our search, Lauren took the time to understand our wants and needs while also navigating us through the volatile Nashville market. As first time homebuyers, we had MANY questions. Lauren responded immediately each time and made sure we understood all aspects. Initially, we began down a path on what we thought was our home. After a troubling inspection, Lauren heard our concerns, set realistic expectations, and supported us in ultimately walking away. With a tight timeline, Lauren immediately got back to work and this turned out to be the best decision as we found an even better home two short days later! You will not regret having Lauren on your side.

Lauren was wonderful to work with in my hunt for a home. She took the time to ask about interests, likes/dislikes regarding style/design, target size (square footage) and location prior to our initial meeting. Given the speed of the greater Nashville market, she was able to mentally prepare me for the potential of having to make an offer immediately (and over asking) by providing actual data and examples in the area (Williamson County) where we were looking for a home. Lauren was able to manage my expectations with balanced information and a calming demeanor. We may have lost out on a few properties initially; however, with patience Lauren was able to find the right home for me very quickly. As a transplant to Nashville, it was great having someone with the ability to anticipate my needs/wants given what we discussed. Her response time is unmatched as well. Absolutely would recommend Lauren for anyone looking to buy (or sell) their home!
