He has called New York home his entire life. He was born in Brooklyn, raised on Long Island, and has for the past 30 years experienced life in NYC as both a renter and an owner. Married to a residential real estate attorney, he has gotten intimately involved in the purchase and sale of their personal homes. His experience gives him an added advantage in assisting clients with both the emotional and financial aspects of real estate as one's home and investment.
Larry’s goal is to attentively handle his clients' business and be present and helpful throughout the process, from the moment they begin working together, through every aspect of the marketing plan creation and implementation, all negotiations, board package preparations, follow-up communications, and coordinating all closing details. Larry currently lives on the Upper West Side and Riverside Drive and owns a condo in Williamsburg. He has also lived in Tudor City and the East Side, so knows the different neighborhoods well. He loves the amazing assemblage of restaurants, museums, theater and musical events, and diversity of cultures that make up this great city of New York, from Brooklyn to Battery Park City, all the way up the West Side to the George Washington Bridge.
