First I’d like to say that I live in Hawaii. I was trying to sell my property in San Diego so trying to find someone that I can trust was proving to be a challenge until I met Laurie. I had to do some restoration and remodeling before the property went on the market. She put me in touch with a awesome contractor. They immediately got to work, she kept me updated though out the entire process with progress pictures and all. After the property was ready to sell she staged the property for free and it looked amazing. I ended up getting an above asking price on the property. Escrow went smooth and she was always available for any questions I had. All in all it was a blessing to meet Laurie.

Laurie Colum was our RA agent when we purchased our home in 2017. In 2017 purchasing a home in San Diego was a challenge, homes were selling fast, and the buyers didn't have a huge market, if I remember correctly. Laurie was always ready to submit an offer and was bold and nicely aggressive in negotiating with the sellers.
