I cannot recommend Laurie enough! We bought our first house with her several years ago and she made the process very simple and painless. Even gave us some excellent recommendations for renovation work we needed done. When it came time sell that home, I couldn’t think of anyone else I’d have rather called. She stopped by, looked at the house, and gave us a small checklist of things to take care of before we went on the market, but didn’t stop there! She had folks out or lined up to take care of every single one of those checklist items within 2 - 3 weeks, and we were able to get on the market and start open houses and showings right when we wanted. Selling is WAY more stressful than buying, but Laurie kept up with communications, was super responsive, and made the whole process painless and fun. 10 out of 5 stars!
