Working with Laurie on purchasing a home is always a huge pleasure. Not only was she with me when I bought my first home, but she has now been a part of my second purchase as well as my first sale. With her vast experience and knowledge of the housing market, I could not have picked a better person to assist me. Whether you're the buyer or seller, she will do whatever it takes to get you what you're asking for. Laurie likes to get to know the client a little before diving into the purchasing process; which sounds like it may be something all realtors do, however, Laurie ends up making you feel like family as opposed to just a client. She takes a lot of pride and has a lot of passion for the work she does and (as I stated above) will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I have heard horror stories about purchasing processes going awry because the realtor was just in it for the money. I can honestly say, in both of my purchases, Laurie was in it to make me and my wife happy; she was not just there for the money. The other think I absolutely love about Laurie is how she does not take anything for granted and how direct she is. If you're on the fence about a purchase or a sale, she will suggest (she will never tell you what to do because ultimately this is the buyer/sellers decision) what she thinks is the best decision based on the current market.

If you're thinking about purchasing a home, but don' t know exactly what you want, give Laurie a call! If you see her name as the selling agent on listing, be sure to pick up that phone! I promise it will be one of the best decisions you make. Her knowledge, experience, drive, and passion combine to create a powerhouse of salesperson as well as a great friend/mentor. Laurie doesn't take on clients to find houses, she takes on clients to find homes.

Let's start by saying that Laurie was amazing. The home we bought was 2.5 hours north. Laurie made the trip for the showing. A long day. The selling agent was a real handful. The seller was Canadian. Laurie insured that all the bases were covered for title transfer, with the seller being Canadian there were extra steps that needed to be taken care of. Laurie even got me legal advice. The listing agent wanted me to say the new property, would be my primary residence, even though it is not, letting the Canadian escape paying 22k in tax. Aiding in tax evasion in a felony and Laurie had me covered with the right information. Laurie has an incredible support network, the mortgage person and the title company people were true seasoned professionals. Working with her people made the transaction seamless. The mortgage person she recommended, Josh was a true pro, always returning my emails and phone calls within minutes. Having a team that knows each other is a huge help when in the fight to get to closing. Bottom Line: with Laurie's vast experience, she will truly be a positive asset for you in acquiring or selling your property. I only hope that Laurie is still in the business when I am ready to make my next real estate transaction. Laurie G ROCKS

Laurie is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Being a first time home buyer, I was really nervous about going to look at houses. Looking online for places to buy, one condo came up in the Walled Lake area I needed to look at. Laurie called me and, over the phone, she sounded very well organized and knowledgeable about the area. As my father and I arrived, she immediately greeted us at the door with a smile on her face. The three of us took a tour of the condo and had a friendly conversation while looking at everything. My favorite part of the whole process was that Laurie did not hold anything back and was not facetious about what we were asking. Everything was hard facts and straight to the point. I ended up putting an offer in on the condo and Laurie guided me through the process with great patience. Again, this was my first home purchase, but Laurie didn't mind it at all. She broke everything down I would need to do during the process and even periodically would text me asking if I needed help on anything.
