About Laurie
Because of my family’s site development company, I grew up around new construction – and loved it!
Which is why it was a natural choice for me to become a REALTOR®.
Start to finish there is no part of the real estate industry that I do not enjoy digging into, learning about or researching to bring my clients the best possible experience!
I have had my real estate license since 2016 with an emphasis on land development, and new construction.
I have also worked in the field of property management for several years beginning in 2010; to include rental homes, condos, multi-family units apartments, and the management of a golfing community’s 244 Condo Homeowners Association.
My diverse background has afforded me the opportunity to work extensively with contractors from every field and gain invaluable knowledge for my career as a REALTOR®.
Whether my attention is applied to the inspection process and possible repair work needed, representing buyers in the arena of new construction, negotiating of a large parcel acquisition for investors, listing a family’s home, or working with soil scientists and engineers for development, my years of experience and knowledge allow me to navigate each real estate scenario successfully.
As a REALTOR®, attention to detail is crucial for the preparation of real estate contracts and any accompanying documents. So, in 2020 I chose to also branch out into the field of transaction coordination for other realtors as their Contract to Close Specialist, as well as obtaining my Certified Real Estate Negotiation Designation.
My background and experience – above and beyond that of the average realtor – has given me a greater advantage when it comes to the successful preparation of, and navigation through any possible circumstance that may arise in the purchase and sale of real estate.
