Laurie expertly guided us through the buying and selling of our homes. She compassionately and professionally worked with us as well as the sellers, buyers, & their agents. I found Laurie to be empathetic and direct, patient and assertive. She expertly and creatively uses her resources and network to communicate the wants and needs of her clients. If an issue occurred she promptly researched solutions and communicated with all parties in a timely professional manner. It was truly a pleasure to close on both properties with Laurie’s guidance and even though the moving process is emotional and hard work Laurie helped us keep things in perspective & we managed to have a little fun.

Laurie truly cared about our house hunt and was very invested in understanding our goals. She was extremely communicative throughout the process and kept a great balance of humor and expertise. Very much felt like she had our best interest at heart and wanted to make sure that any offer that was put in was in line with true market value and our overall goals.

Laurie was the breath of fresh air we needed after working previously with some ‘professionals’ who made us feel rushed. Not Laurie- she met us downtown to learn about our goals, drove us around the area to show us the ropes and to truly to build a solid relationship- her informed approach was so different than others we had spoken to before, and for the best! As soon as we met her, we knew we had our area expert on the case and felt immediately at ease. She helped us navigate the closing process and was there on closing day itself. Even did some thoughtful check ins after everything was signed off on just to make sure we were adjusting well. If you’re looking for your home in the western suburbs and beyond, Laurie is such a great partner to go on the journey with.
