Me and my wife starting looking to purchase a home in 2017. We researched local realtors and homes in our area and came across Laurie O’Hern’s name and great reviews. We contacted her and went house shopping. Laurie showed us all the houses we were interested in and more. Laurie is very knowledgeable about homes and the market and helped us make our first home purchase. We later wanted to upgrade and buy a house with acreage. Laurie has helped me shop for a new home twice, once as a single mom and first time homebuyer on a tight budget, and again more recently when we were looking to have a new home built for our expanding family. Both times she helped by explaining things I didn’t understand and steering me through the process. She also helped me sell that first house quickly, once our new home was finished. She is patient, detailed and really listens to you, so the houses you look at make sense based on your needs. She acted as our advocate, having tough discussions with our builder when our timeline got off track. She’s great, I highly recommend her.

Laurie is super knowledgeable about, not only Real Estate in general, but making the right investment that will make sense for your family long-term depending on what your goals are. She knows all the nuances and details to look into and follow up on. There's so much more to buying a house than just looking at houses and signing papers - and Laurie knows it all. She knew what questions to ask and what to look out for before we ever thought of them. She spent a lot of time with us searching for the right home. Her communication skills and sense of urgency are superb. 10/10 would recommend.
