Laurie Peniuk is an amazing agent. She really went far beyond what I expected. I personally viewed over 45 homes, had two other agents, and bid on 15 homes with no luck. I was very frustrated because I already was pre-approved and just needed to find a home. I found Laurie and we had a real conversation about home buying. She found me a home that me and my family loved and coached me on how to submit a realistic bid. Bam! I got a home. She took the time and cared about my situation.
