I am a full-time Real Estate Professional with a SFR, SRS and a home staging certification. What does that mean? My SFR designation allows me to assist those who are in need of a short sale or foreclosure assistance. This can be a very stressful time, so having a knowledgeable agent on your side helps to alleviate some of that burden. It also requires much detail and follow-up which I am very diligent to accomplish. As an SRS designee, I am a seller’s representative specialist. This experience gives me the advantage to negotiate the best deal for my selling clients while keeping all parties to the transaction engaged and informed. With my home staging certification, I can help you prepare your home to stand out from the rest. Studies show that a well-staged property will sell much more quickly and at a higher price point than one that is not staged.

As a mother of two, you can be assured that my multi-tasking capabilities, knowledge and experience are an important part of my business plan. Having raised my family for the last 12 years in Novi while they attended Walled Lake Schools, I am very familiar with the Lakes Area. Walled Lake, Wolverine Lake, Wixom, Commerce Township and the surrounding areas have been my stomping ground and a comfort level for me.
