Laurie is the absolute best realtor in San Diego! My husband and I used her when we bought our house, and when we sold our house. I honestly would not trust anyone else. When we first were looking for homes in 2014, Laurie would go as far as to pick us up and take us to the open houses. Laurie you are the best and come highly recommended! We have purchased three properties in San Diego with Laurie, our primary home and two investment properties. We just closed on our second investment property in August 2019 -- house w/ studio above garage (picture below). Laurie has help us through two 1031 exchanges and is familiar with the processes and timelines --this is a major advantage. It really helps to have a experienced agent to avoid certain tax ramifications if you do not abide by certain timelines in regards 1031 exchanges. Outside of her real estate knowledge and experience, she is an honest person, who is dedicated to her clients. You Rock Laurie and thank you for all your hard work!
