Laurie helped me buy an investment property and is knowledgeable of the rental market, having several rental properties over the years herself. Our personalities mesh well and I never felt pressured. She's able to move fast when we can and is willing to be on standby to wait for more options to come on the market. In the end, we found a great starter home for the rental market and I highly recommend her.

Laurie is on it! From the start, her marketing techniques got people interested in our property. She literally came to our neighborhood and walked around talking to people about our home. Our open house was so successful because of Laurie. We had four offers all in our first week. I can't say enough good things about Laurie. We followed her suggestions and sold our home quickly. I would recommend her to anyone.
