Laurie is absolutely the very best real estate agent I have ever encountered. My husband and I have purchased many homes through the years due to having to relocate every few years because of his government assignments. A friend of ours from Wichita referred Laurie to us and noted we would not be disappointed in the individual attention that she would give to us during our home search and I must say they were not wrong. We were moving from Austin to Wichita and Laurie kept us updated weekly on houses that were coming on the market. In the beginning, we first met with her on a Saturday and she took us to a few homes that we had found during our initial home search. Then she sat with us and got a detailed list of what we wanted in our next home. When we returned back to Austin, she would send us updated lists of what she found each week. We also would send her possible homes that we had seen and she took it upon herself to go out and look at the homes and send us back videos and pictures that she took. The amount of time that she spent with us was unbelievable. We talked probably 4-5 times a week via phone as well as texts. It didn’t matter what day or time it was she also answered our calls within minutes. We were able to make an additional couple of trips back to Wichita and Laurie spent the entire weekends with us all day and I mean all day taking us around to view homes. She never lost patience with us and
was diligent in helping us find our perfect home. When it came time to make an offer on our house, there were other offers and Laurie was very advantageous and strategic which resulted in our offer being accepted in a successful negotiation. Even our realtor selling our house back in Austin was impressed with the expertise and knowledge that Laurie exhibited as a realtor. Only thing I can say is I am so thankful that we were fortunate enough to have met Laurie. She is truly the best ! My husband and I really think a lot of her and appreciate the time that she extended to us in our house search.

Laurie is the consummate professional. As a long distance purchaser to start with in advance, she was very patient and accommodating through voluminous emails, texts, and phone calls, regardless of the time of day and even on weekends. When in town before our actual move, she arranged for and executed numerous tours without complaint. Laurie was detailed and actually always one step ahead as we had previously purchased 10 homes due to employment relocations. She remained positive throughout the entire process and diligently sought out answers and resolutions to all proposed questions. Also helpful with local resources for a painless and quick indoctrination to a new city, this lady is a wealth of knowledge, to include being the sole reason my spouse gained her dream home in a very limited bidding war! She’s the real deal!!

Laurie is the hardest working realtor that we have ever worked with. She is great at helping to purchase a home, and her dedication to us as a seller is unsurpassed! I have never seen a realtor work so hard to sell a house, and she has sold three for us!
