LaVenia Joyner

LaVenia Joyner is a native Washingtonian. She currently resides in Fort Washington, MD with her husband of 30 years. They have three adult children. Mrs. Joyner entered the field of Real Estate in 2001, after desiring a career where she could be an independent business owner as well as have time for her family. She began her career in a tumultuous time, after 9/11 when everyone's confidence had been shaken. She worked with confidence and care as she guided clients through the buying process! She has endured the markets rollercoaster and remained trustworthy and steadfast. She approaches each client with the same care and consistency until the right home is chosen and she's handing them the keys! Mrs. Joyner began her career with Long and Foster and after a brief time was offered an opportunity to work with one of ReMax 100's top producers, as a Buyers' Specialist.  Mrs. Joyner values her expertise in upgraded customer service, honesty and skilled negotiation. She enjoys being an instrumental part of making everyone that dream of home ownership, an attainable reality! Mrs. Joyner loves to educate and Mentor. She enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and the Prince Georges County Board of Realtors. Mrs. Joyner is licensed in Maryland.
