OMG is all I can say. First let me express that my wife and I were relocating and had a short term planning process and even shorter period to make sale of our home to keep ourselves from being affected negatively financially. Well in came this Heaven sent Agent by the name of LaVonda Hardy. She made this process extremely smooth for us as she knew all the in's and outs and her network of contacts were tremendous. We were kept up to date throughout the sell of our home. The closing was clean and she's great in responding quickly to your needs, while going above and beyond to get things finalized and with great legal representation. I highly recommend anyone looking for an agent to look no further. When we decided to put this house on the market, we knew it would be hard pressed to have our home sold in the time frame needed, but once we hired Ms. HARDY we then could rest peacefully. Basically two months after our house hit the market, we have no financial burden and we are free and clear to move forward with relocating. Can you say SOLD. We most definitely couldn't have done it ourselves and I don't think another agent could've expedited our needs any quicker than she has. So I say thanks to LaVonda, soon her next customer will feel the same luxuries as us! It's been a stress free experience even in the midst of all the other things we had going on as a family. LaVonda is energetic, knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, responsive and patient. She's also very thoughtful and encouraging. I appreciate that she offered helpful advice with respect for our opinions and preferences. I could tell that she made it her priority to build and maintain good, respectful relationships with us as clients, as well as with her colleagues. I truly appreciate having LaVonda on our side to help us find our home. She is an excellent realtor!

LaVonda came to our rescue when I was working with a terrible realtor who did not care if I bought a house or not. LaVonda showed interest in helping my family purchase our first home and offered a helping hand from day one. She was very professional and did not give up on us no matter what bumps we encountered. If it wasn't for her we would not be in our dream house today. I appreciate everything she did for us and I would work with her again without thinking twice about it. She is great at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone I know. She is a blessing!
