Lawrence DiFranco

Larry DiFranco has over 40 years’ experience in Real Estate brokerage, including listing, selling, appraising and sales management. Larry is a graduate of La Salle University with a B.A. degree in Political Science and received an M.P.A. from Temple University with a concentration in Urban Development. He has more than 12 years’ experience in City Planning and Community Development.

Larry has utilized this training and experience in the public sector to develop a community-centric philosophy in the private real estate marketplace. In addition to “Selling the Community, not just the House,” The Larry DiFranco Team offers their clients personalized and conscientious service in response to their individual needs.

Larry became a partner with Elfant Wissahickon Realtors in early 2007. He is also an Associate Broker with Elfant Wissahickon and has earned his SRES and AHWD credentials through the National Association of Realtors. He has served 8 years on both the Board of Directors of GPAR, the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS and PAR, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS.

Larry and his wife, Eileen, have been married for more than 47 years. Having raised their four children in Mt. Airy, they have recently downsized to their new home in Flourtown. They are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.
