I enjoy helping folks achieve their real estate goals. Am a life long resident in the area. Received my real estate license in 1978, and have served the public in various capacities throughout my career.
I'm familiar with the different market trends and have developed strategies which have proven to be successful. I'm licensed to sell real estate in the State of Michigan; HUD recognized agent, MSHDA trained, and hold a Commercial Specialist designation with the CIN (Commercial Investment Network). A REALTOR and a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Michigan REALTORS, and NOCBOR (North Oakland Board Of REALTORS).

..As a first-time buyer, everything about the process of buying a home was new. When my Uncle Chuck passed away, almost 2 years ago, Larry was there to help me out with selling his house. He helped me out so much, during this process, as I've never gone through this before and I was the executor of my Uncles estate and he made it easy for me to go through. He is so friendly and personable. I do call him a friend. If I had a friend that was looking for a home, I would definately recommend Larry to them.
