In the spring of 2022, my wife and I decided it was the time to purchase our first house. We ended up looking at more than 20 potential places before we finally found the one that we bought. In that time we encountered numerous approaches to real estate sales, most of which involved aggressive sales pitches and repeated unsolicited contacts. I don't blame the agents who adopt those approaches; it's a competitive market. However, those high-pressure tactics didn't make our lives any easier.

In contrast, Mr. Lawrence Tyler was the ideal agent for us. He took an easygoing approach in which he would show us places on our request, and was *highly* responsive (usually responding to a text or e-mail within minutes), but he didn't press us at any point. This allowed us to pursue our search on our own schedule and thus to feel as relaxed as one can given the importance of the purchase.

When we decided on the house, Mr. Tyler provided excellent guidance about how and when to make the actual bid, and he led us through the complicated procedures with, again, a relaxed attitude that gave us confidence and security. We felt not only well-treated, but well-informed, throughout the entire process. We appreciate what Mr. Tyler brought to our home buying!

Sometimes you get busy in life but I would be terrible to not recommend our realtor Lawrence Tyler to the area. Lawrence was a phenomenal realtor to work with. He was an instrumental part in helping my family find our home. It wasn't an easy journey, and Lawrence was there to help us on it. He listened to our home needs, wants and budget and found us a great deal on a home we are proud to call ours. I would recommend him if you are looking for a realtor that cares. Thanks, Lawrence. We love the house.
