I also enjoy working with those desiring additional properties as investments or are considering selling. I have a basic understanding of green and sustainability property requirements. My goals include making your real estate experience as smooth as possible and to minimize risks.

I have personal experience in buying/selling personal homes and land, 1031 exchange, acquiring commercial office space and assisting in relocation of corporate offices to new headquarters; executive management and hands-on experience in the areas of Information Technology, Operations, Project Management, Customer Service, Security, Finance and Facilities Management; and had success in direct marketing and have been a principle in several businesses. I also grew up working in a family retail store. This variety of experience, including military service, has enhanced my ability to adapt to any given situation and better understand your needs -- enabling successful real estate transactions yielding maximum results for you.
