Layla Pollack

Even after years of experience in the industry, Layla Pollack doesn’t take her clients’ trust for granted. She often reminds us that while a home closing is a weekly occurrence around our office, for each one of our clients it marks a significant transition - one with its own joys and jolts.

As a former social worker, Layla brings care and compassion to each of her clients, as a trustworthy advisor during an important process. She’s known for her drive to find just the right fit for her clients’ needs and real estate goals, and as a certified master negotiator, she has the chops and technical expertise to back it up.

Layla has a bulldog tenacity about guiding her buyer clients through the due diligence process of buying a home and builds long-lasting relationships with her clients through her warm heart, compassionate spirit, and lively sense of humor. She still has a framed cartoon given to her by one of her clients - a visual memory of one of those unique and highly complex purchases that just barely made it to closing.

While her New England accent might kick in when she’s telling stories, Layla loves all things PNW - the beaches, the trails, and the dog parks! Layla is mom to two kiddos (who are growing up way too fast), and to four-legged Monkey and Oreo. The family’s adventures include hiking the trails (or ghost towns) of Whatcom and Skagit counties or fixing up their vintage Airstream.
