Born in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, Le moved to Miami in 1998 to pursue a college education, majoring in Music Education at Miami-Dade College. He then spent over 6 years managing the South Florida Moon Thai Japanese Restaurant chain, where he honed his leadership and customer service skills. After leaving Moon Thai, Le opened his own restaurant. However, when the real estate market surged in 2013, he decided to transition into real estate and let his wife take over the restaurant business.
