Over the past 26 years, Le'a Bailey has learned that each community she has lived in has its own unique features with amazing people. Devoted to helping her communities, she continues to strive to make a difference. Twelve years ago, she moved from Washington State to Southern California, marking the beginning of a new and wonderful chapter in her life.

Since moving to Southern California, Le'a has developed many active and thriving entities, learning about different cultural ideas and how to best serve the area. She has been involved in running and supporting local homeless shelters and opening schools and churches in Africa to provide a safe learning environment and create future trade opportunities for younger generations. Lea has partnered with local breweries to support clean water projects in Africa. Currently, she works with Zhang Boli, author of "Escape from China," by educating first-generation Chinese children when they come to the United States. As she proceeds in the field of Real Estate, Le'a is diligently seeking the same opportunity to better her community.
