As a little girl in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Lea, who grew up with luxury goods and service in her blood, worked with her father in his wholesale clothing business. As she grew up, she became a personal shopper to the most successful and fashion-forward women in Brazil. Prior to getting involved in Miami real estate, she owned a high-profile designer clothing boutique in Sao Paulo.

Upon entering real estate, Lea first shared with clients her incredible eye for design and, ultimately, began to include sales as a core proficiency as well. She was always a “go-to” resource for information from Brazilian friends about where to buy in Miami. Questions about fashion turned to questions about real estate, and the same clients and friends who thank her for their favorite item of clothing that they purchased from her eighteen years ago also now thank her for the beautiful apartment they purchased in Miami, that she found, sold, managed construction, designed and now takes care of for them. She quickly turned this friendly help, into a formal business — assisting clients in areas such as acquisition, negotiation, legal and accounting strategy, construction management, interior design and, ultimately, property management and unlimited concierge services.
