Realtor Assistance on Home Purchase in the Bradenton/Sarasota Area. We were interested in purchasing either a single family home, villa, or condominium in either the Tampa, south Hillsborough, Bradenton, or Sarasota area. Two requirements were natural gas cooking and flood zone “X”. Because we were selling our home in Texas, retiring, and re-locating, we needed to conduct as much of the searching as possible by remote means (very accurate searches, which we tweaked several times to get our listings “Goldilocks-like just right”). Lea was highly responsive throughout, and was especially good at taking all feedback to constantly adjust what she was providing to us. And thus, when it came time for actual on-site house-hunting, our focus was able to be laser-like in reviewing productive listings. Once we had made an offer, she provided excellent guidance throughout the process, right up to the closing. She was the true professional at each step in the process !! With her help, we have secured a newly-constructed place of our own in the southeast Bradenton area.

I could not recommend Lea more. Not only did she help me buy my first home over five years ago, she was also there for me to guide me through my first home sell. In any home market it’s important to have someone you can trust in your corner. Lea has gone above and beyond for me from day one. During my sell I was in Europe and she worked with me on MY time to make sure I was kept apprised of everything going on with my condo. Never once did she miss when I called in a panic (like any anxiety riddled first time home owner). I’m truly grateful to have had Lea as my realtor.

Lea Lagueux is a first class Realtor, and human! She worked with us as we searched for homes before we were ready to move and showed us all the properties we really wanted to see. She was safe, respectful, compassionate, and professional about every detail of our home buying experience! She even took precautions to keep our family safe in this Pandemic atmosphere. Find a realtor that gives you information, does research, knows professionals from all areas of the home buying process, a realtor like Lea! Finally when it was time to close, mere hours after we had decided the home was a good fit for our family, she had written an offer and sent it to us for review. Lea is one of the best, most knowledgeable, aggressive, informative, real estate agents that I have ever met and dealt with.Not only do you get a top notch agent, but you get an education on taxes, insurance, Florida laws, home construction, rentals, school systems, area attractions, values, market predictions and everything you would like to know about the property you are purchasing as well as the area. I have been working with Lea for the past 4 years making offers on properties and after all her hard work, I was finally able to purchase my condo at a great price! I am a Realtor in CT and trust me when I tell you that Lea, far exceeds anyone's expectations of what a Realtor should do for their client whether you are purchasing or selling a property! She made purchasing my condo that is1500 miles away feel like it was only 5 miles away! She took the stress of searching for a property and then purchasing a property to an extreme minimum! If you are looking for a Realtor, stop here and reach out to Lea. I met Lea in 2017 at a townhome available for rent in St. Pete, and I am so glad I did! I began a new job in Tampa and Lea helped us find a great rental in a great area. Fast forward to a year later and I just made my first home purchase with Lea as my realtor! She spent lots of time with us, showing us townhomes from Tampa to Riverview- and finally found us our dream home. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Lea has a great deal of experience, not just in Real Estate. Before Lea earned her realtor license she worked for some of the builders in the Tampa Bay area and knows a great deal about the communities. She even helped us steer clear of communities that were less desirable or known to have issues. The best part is Lea is a really good listener and she values her clients and tries to find out about them. She's personable, never pressures, and works to identify your preferences and taste to fine tune your house hunt so you can focus on finding the best fit in a home. Overall, I had a great experience with Lea and I would recommend her hands down for all your real estate needs!

During the course of the first 9 months or so while I was in CT we stayed in contact and she would constantly educate me on the Florida real estate market and go on and above ones standard/typical duties of a real estate professional. I have been selling real estate in CT for many many years and have worked along side hundreds of agents and honestly I have never met any real estate agent like Lea. Any questions I had she would know the answers or find me the answers.
