Lea is the real deal! She works with you and cares for you as if you're part of her family! We had such a pleasant and smooth experience with Lea. She was extremely responsive, made sure we were clear on every single step, and had everything planned way ahead of time! She works in a highly collaborative manner, and goes above and beyond. We didn't even have to think about any of it! HIGHLY recommended!

My partner and I lived in a unit Lea managed for almost seven years. Lea was always very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our time living there. Over the course of our tenancy, we needed various appliances replaced, ran into some issues with the building’s infrastructure, and requested some additional flexibility with our lease duration and terms. In all these cases, Lea went to bat for us and was a tremendous help in getting things resolved.

Her professional duties aside, she always made it very apparent that she genuinely cared about us, and regularly checked in to make sure all was well on our end. When it came time for us to move on to our next chapter, we were very sorry to be parting ways with Lea, and hope our paths cross again down the road.
