Lea Underwood has been the best realtor to work with. She responds quickly to any concerns, and questions anything a buyer needs she is extraordinarily helpful. I did a coast to coast buy from CA to FL , Lea Underwood with Berkshire Hathaway Florida Network Services.
Remember the time difference is 3 hours , however , Lea was right on top of making sure everyone involved with my home buying was was done professionally and timely. I would highly recommend Lea Underwood for all realty matters. Thanks Lea you did a fantastic job.

Lea assisted us with both the selling and buying of our home. She was always prompt, positive, energetic, and professional while her manner was very reasurring throughout all the inevitable short terms crises of this process. She has vast experience in the field and was always available to answer any question I had. Her access to service professionals and stagers, plus her advice about how and what to remodel proved spot on with market trend. She sold our house in a timely manner despite the pandemic appearing in the middle of the spring selling season. I count her as a friend.

We met wonderful Lea back in 2008, and she patiently helped us find our beautiful home in Ponte Vedra Beach.

She did a great job locating exactly what we were looking for in a home. She is diligent, organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lea is very willing to work within your schedule throughout the entire process.

Fast forward to 2018, and we asked her to help us sell our home due work relocation to a different city. Again, she located professionals to help us get our home ready for the market, got the job done expeditiously and all of her recommendations were on par with her professionalism .

She continues to be an exceptional professional in her field. My husband and I were very impressed with her diligence and devotion to us as our real estate agent.
