Leah was very professional. She always answered her phone when I needed to ask her something. She gave my wife and I the right advice regarding pricing our home, and negotiating repairs with the buyer. She helped save us money in that process. I've sold a few homes and couldn't be happier with her service. She even showed up to closing with us. She was right there every step of the way. Would recommend her to anyone in any situation, she's a good problem solver and can find solutions for her buyers and sellers!!

Leah was great. She was on top of it every step of the way. No matter how many times we wanted to go back and look at the property, she always made time to set it up and be there with us in case we had any questions. She was very helpful, especially since we were first time homebuyers, in coaching us through the home buying process. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home.

Leah was so amazingly helpful with finding a home for my family and I. She made sure everything was fixed, did everything to make sure we closed on the set closing date, and I only had to show up to sign the paperwork. She made buying a house an incredibly easy process. Leah was super helpful from the very beginning. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had from listing to closing. She kept me informed of everything that was going on every step of the way. She coordinated for repairs, confirmed the work was completed, and notified me as well as sent pictures once the repairs were completed. She made the entire process as stress-free as possible. Definitely the best realtor in the area.

Finally we found one in our price range we didn't have to win a bidding war for. It is in a great location (better than ones we lost the bidding on) and is in great shape. Thank you Leah for your hard work and always keeping in contact with us. For anyone that’s reading this Leah will be with you every step of the way once you find a house that you are interested in. You let her know and she will schedule a day and time to take a look at it. We were moving from out of state and was fortunate to find a house we liked. And closed in a month. Leah made that happen with our lender. They both worked together to close in a month. Yes, a month. Even when we closed on the house she gave us good information about turning on our electricity, internet company, how to go about turning on the water, etc.. before moving in.
