We worked with Leah for nearly a year. She was able to understand the type of home we were looking for early in the process. Leah did all the vetting and we were shown only those properties that were a true match of our vision. Much of this was done remotely as we lived out of the area. Leah was responsive day or night. My family and I had recently relocated to Naples and were seeking a new home with limited knowledge of the market or various neighborhoods. When I arrived in Naples last fall it was the first time I had been here. I didn't know anyone, so I was at a terrible disadvantage. I knew that the area was beautiful, but that's all I knew. I had specific requirements and worked briefly with a couple of agents. Then I met Leah. I also described my requirements to her and the next day she took me to see three houses, all of which were perfect for my needs and budget. I bought one of them and throughout the following weeks Leah attended and assisted me at numerous meetings, negotiations, Florida reality contract law, loan application and settlement. Before moving to Naples my cousin who is a realtor in Dallas personally interviewed 6 agents in Naples. She then presented us with who she thought were the top two. My wife and I interviewed them and it was clear Leah was head and shoulders above.the other gentleman. We could not have been happier with our selection. For our price point, Naples was a difficult market as there were many investors looking to make cash purchases. Leah understood the market and our situation and was able to advise us on how to effectively operate within the market. We were able to have an accepted offer and contract within three weeks. Leah is a tough negotiator - I call her a bulldog to my friends. She is tenacious but that's exactly what I want in my realtor. I am still not sure how she was able to close us so quickly with the aforementioned market conditions and set us up with ~10% equity in our house (based on her negotiating). The type of person I am, I don't give recommendations often. In my opinion a recommendation is a reflection of me and my reputation. I have recommended Leah to colleagues, friends, and complete strangers. I could not give a higher recommendation for someone - she made the entire process seamless and easy. She went above and beyond and did things we did not ask her (like going back over with the contractor personally the items the seller agreed to fix and ensuring it was all done before bringing me in to review myself).
