As a first time home buyer, I was unsure of all the do’s and don’t’s of home buying. Leah was a ray of sunshine in the way she was able to spear head my search by finding me the absolute finest realtor in my area (as I live in NY) just based off three questions that summed up my preferences. I know Leah is great at what she does because she is a professional that understands the needs of her clients. I truly thank her and believe she holds a huge part in the fact that I’m in my dream home.

Leah was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she also educated along the way. She educated me so much that I feel like I could sell a home. (maybe not, but you get it 😁). I could call Leah at 9pm and tell her a house just hit the market and she would have me a viewing by 9am the next morning. I’d call Leah at 2pm for a home I saw on realtor.com and she’d have me a viewing at 6pm the same day. She was just phenomenal. I NEVER had to wait days to view a home, and I never wondered if she was doing all that she could to make my journey great. She’s just a great person inside and out and I can’t wait to 1. Utilize her in the future, and 2. Recommend her to others. She’s fabulous, not only was she my agent but I feel like I gained a friend in the making. Thank you Leah for your hard work and dedication. Leah is definitely a go getter! She was always available for me and took time to explain everything to me. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. Saying "Leah was a great realtor," does not do her efforts the least bit of justice. Leah TOILED to make sure that I got a house--and not just any house, but the house that I wanted. Not only does she know some of the best people in the real estate business (and was kind enough to make introductions to all of them!!), she IS one of the best in the business. Unfortunately, thanks to the actions of others, I had a rough introduction to the world of real estate...fortunately for me, I had the ultimate defender, Leah Butler, to tell me my next best move, what was legal, what wasn't and she Never hesitated to stand up for what was right. There were Several times when it was not in Leah's best interest to advocate for me, yet she did it anyway. Finding a genuinely honest realtor in the hot, slimy, sleazy real estate market of Northern and Central VA is Not easy, but Leah stood apart from all of the riff-raff . For the first time in my life, I'm a homeowner -- this would've been impossible without Leah's guidance. I thank God for her help every day. Without it, I'd still be renting. If google will let me, I will post before and after pictures of the home renovation that Leah helped make possible!! Thank you Leah!!!

My wife and I went with Leah when we had our our house built. She was there with us the entire way. And I am very grateful for the fact come closing time the builder tried to pull a fast one and tell us we had to bring more money to the table. And Leah wasn’t letting that happen and she went to bat for us, she called the builder out on there mess up. And got us what we wanted. It was our first house purchase and Leah made it seem seamless.
