LeaHwa 'Nancy' Yin

Nancy Yin has lived on Long Island for over 40 years and brings a wealth of knowledge about the development and history of the communities, spanning from Queens across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. All of her children completed their education through the Great Neck School District and New York City Public School System. Nancy has previously served on the Parent-Teacher Association, the United Parent Teacher Council as well as on the Board of the Great Neck Arts Center (subsequently renamed as the Gold Coast Arts Center). She is knowledgeable about the different school districts in the area and the resources available in the community. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Nancy brings a diverse knowledge base, having closed buyer and seller transactions on multiple types of properties, including single family homes, multi-family dwellings, and apartment complexes.
