Leanne has been a fulltime professional REALTOR® since 2003 assisting people in selling and buying homes in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz , Monterey, San Mateo, Alameda & Contra Costa Counties. In that time, she has experienced a wide range of real estate markets participating in traditional purchases & sales as well as short sale & REO (Bank Owned) transactions. Leanne's background includes 23+ years of sales, management, negotiation, and customer service experience in both retail & information technology. Leanne is dedicated and committed to providing her clients outstanding service, always keeping their best interest at heart.

Leanne holds a certification in Project and Program Management from UC Santa Cruz Extension and has continued her real estate education by completing classes in real estate principles, practice & finance as well as Department of Real Estate Continuing Education courses in ethics, affordable housing, and consumer protection. She is also a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Training Program and Chamberlin School of Real Estate. Leanne currently holds the following designations: SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
