Honestly, LeAnne is our hero.

I can't believe how lucky we got when we got her as our broker. She has loads of experience, is super responsive and absolutely wonderful to work with through every step of the lengthy process of buying a house. She never rushed us. Not even once did she make us feel like we were taking too long.

If you're a first time home buyer, as I was, I'm telling you: CALL LEANNE CRAY! She will help you understand the process with patience and really work with you to find the home that's in your budget.

In this tough market, if you want a friendly, ethical pro who knows this field like the back of their hand, look no further than LeAnn Cray. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with LeAnn. As first time home buyers, we were lucky enough to work with a person who was incredibly available, helpful, patient and caring. LeAnn got us into every house we wanted to see, often on the day we asked, even in this difficult time for buyers where sellers are getting offers the day their houses go on the market. She always had our back and never once pushed us or seemed to mind the fact that we needed a lot of help and time and wanted to see a ton of options. By the end of our experience, LeAnn found us our PERFECT home. She was more than a realtor, she was a friend. And our little daughters absolutely loved her, too!

If you've decided to buy a house-to-be-built, there shouldn't be much need for a realtor, right? In a perfect situation, maybe not, but we were so thankful to have LeAnne on our side through a number of frustrating interactions with our builder's appointed agent and temporary investigation of other homes as a result. She has an earnest sense of responsibility toward her clients and doesn't check out or become distant when things get ridiculous. Her integrity, her great attitude, her willingness to go to bat for you, and her sense of timing in doing so were what we needed pragmatically, and helped to maintain our peace of mind through the mess. She is diligent, kind-hearted, attentive to the customer's desires, and will be a great help to you in your realty adventures...
