Canaday Group (LeeAnn & Christa Lee) provided solid real estate expertise, guidance and professionalism during the sale of my existing and new home purchase in early 2021. The entire Canaday Group (staff) were definitely "value add" during all facets of the sell/buy process. Additionally, I was greatly impressed the Group's in house transactional coordinator (Lynda) who was accessible "at a drop of a hat" and very diligent in the closing process.
