Lee Ann Pautz

Lee Ann Pautz has been selling real estate in the Albuquerque Metro area since early 2015! She was on the top-producing Blunier Team as a high-performing Agent for the last five years. She has lived in New Mexico since 1998, and in Albuquerque since 2003. She grew up in Wisconsin and has a strong work ethic (her dad served in the Marines in WWII and Korea). She has been married to her husband, Shawn since 1998 and they have three children. What she loves the most about living in New Mexico is the beautiful weather and wonderful food! They have been very happy living here and love the diverse culture and the countless friends they have made.

Lee Ann loves real estate! She has helped over 200 families buy and sell homes and is immensely proud of the relationships she has built and her reputation in this field. She has been in sales most of her working life with ten years’ experience also working as a paralegal. She loves welcoming new people to our state and being one of their first friends to meet! Your satisfaction is especially important to her. If you feel stressed about the transaction, she can guarantee that she does too. Lee Ann works every day! You may find that she is silent between the hours of 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. when she is getting in her workout. And after about 8:00 p.m. She is dozing on the couch or enjoying her family (unless we are negotiating an offer, of course).
