Lee Ann Sherry is the best real estate agent in the market. She is a dream to work with and makes the entire process seamless! She understands the market and truly knows what upgrades to make to get top dollar out of your house as a seller. We’ve worked with her a number of times as a buyer as well and purchased 4 homes with her because she is so creative in her offers and really thinks outside the box to make sure our offer gets accepted in this highly competitive market. Gloria Carter was my realtor. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. She was also very compassionate and patient, as I was going through a difficult time. She knew the area so much better than me and was able to show me places I did not even know to consider. She helped me sell my home and found me a home to rent. Lee Ann & Lexi were phenomenal to work with. They both know the market very well and were exactly right on the value of our property. They were available when we had questions. They helped us stage our property so that we could show new buyers the incredible potential of our property.

They did the same on finding us a home that would meet our families needs. They were available to show us properties right away as the market was so slammed they didn't want us to miss out on a great home. They did a great job negotiating on our behalf. Lee Ann is seriously the best real estate agent in the entire Atlanta area. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to make the right minor remodels to our home to sell our house for tens of thousands of dollar more than we were originally hoping for when first deciding to sell.

Our favorite things about working with Lee Ann:

- She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and how to position a house to make it sell fast for top dollar.
- She is insanely responsive, and was available at all hours of the day to answer our questions.
- She make selling convenient. She handled all of the logistics of listing, staging, showing, and negotiating our home. We hardly had to do anything!
- She goes the extra mile. There were many times when we had to get something done to the house (cleaning, remodel, etc) and Lee Ann helped us coordinate those services. How many real estate agents do that?!

Bottom line... she is the best. Choosing Lee Ann as the agent to sell your home will be the best decision you've made all year.

We're a family of 4 and recent transplants out of California. We moved here due to a job transfer. We only had 3 weeks to plan and execute our move. After dealing with 3 other agents. We were given Lesley's card from a coworker. It turns out to have been the biggest blessing for us. Lesley is a real go getter and made us feel priority. Like real "VIP" as if we were her one and only clients. She is willing to go the extra mile(s) and I mean plural because she blows all other agents we've worked with out of the water! She totally accommodated us from the whole time difference, to viewing house when we weren't able to be here. She even video called us that way we could be here virtually. Lesley is a true blessing to us. She is very kind, helpful, and ever so informative. Her professionalism is off the charts, but she also so down to earth and makes you feel Like a true friend. Lee Ann helped our family buy our house last December. We are a family of 4 (my husband and me and our 6 and 7 year olds at the time). We were relocating from California and had never met prior. We had exchanged a few phone calls and discussed our requirements. The day of our outing, Lee Ann came completely prepared with homes to view, neighborhood information, fees etc. She was wonderful with all of us in tow. We saw about 20 homes in 1 day! She would have kept going until all hours of the night but I was out of steam. She was due to go on vacation the next morning but postponed her trip because we wanted to go back and see another house. We made an offer on a home the following day. She worked tirelessly to reach an agreement. She even fought for things we didn't know we needed. She made our buying experience really wonderful. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

Lee Ann communicated very effectively with us, responding quickly and being available for consultations. This really made us feel comfortable and appreciated.
