If you are ever looking for a conscientious, knowledgeable and caring person to either handle the sale of your home or to find you a place to live, Lee Boyle is the real estate agent you should go with. From the time she met with us to give us information about selling our home, which not only included how to make it more appealing to buyers, but also how she would go about the marketing process, she was invaluable. Lee was spot on with her ability to price our home for the current market too. She not only answered all our questions, but also those that any of the potential buyers had when they checked out our property. My husband and I were out of town a lot, so when she listed our house, she made herself available for anything we needed taken care of while we were away. After our house was put under contract and an inspection was done, it was determined that there were a few things that needed to be taken care of before the actual sale. Lee went out of her way to find contractors and get estimates for the work that needed to be done. Instead of waiting for us to be home, which would have delayed things considerably, she got our permission to have different contractors check out what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Although it was ultimately our decision as to who would do the work, Lee took a lot of the stress off of us by being there when we weren’t able to be. Speaking for both my husband and myself, you can’t go wrong by hiring Lee for your real estate needs. She’s the best!

My husband and I know Lee for a few years. We contacted Lee Boyle to sell our previous home, when we decided to downsize. In 2021 we contacted her again when we decided to relocate out of state.
We highly recommend her. Lee is very knowledgeable about the market. She was very patient and enthusiastic about finding a condo for us to buy prior to the sale of our house. Lee coordinated both. The buying and the selling.
Lee was instrumental in getting the best price. She knew exactly how to stage and how to market the home to get the best price. We got a much higher price that we thought we could.
Lee was helping us all along to make such big decisions. She have a good list of references for the things that needed to be done prior to going in the market. That alone, saved us time and money trying to find the right person for the job.
My husband and I highly recommend Lee.

Lee was a gem, definitely made an effort to attend to our needs and always available when we wanted to view houses. She made sure that we were aware on what was on the market. She was quick to answer email and text communications. We felt confident with Lee on our side and we know how she looked out for our best interest during negotiations. She even went above and beyond by making sure that when we moved to our new house, that the staircase leading to our house was cleared with snow.
