About Lee

A native of the Northern Mississippi area, Lee Gates earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Management before entering the management field. During this time, he was working as a part-time realtor, but eventually followed his passion for real estate and turned it into a full-time position.
Lee obtained his real estate license in 2010 and has since been involved in a diverse array of areas in the market, from helping first-time homebuyers, to relocating corporate companies, to overseeing investment opportunities. One of Lee’s favorite aspects of the job is refurbishing homes, and he has so far renovated thirteen homes over the course of his career.
Lee is married to Dorothy Gates, who is also a realtor at J. Morris Realty, and the two have one son named Arlee. They currently reside in the West Union area.
