About Lee

After moving to Chico in the late 80's and financing his own college degree at California State University of Chico, Lee was able to obtain his BA in Business Management and apply his skills towards property management and running a few of his own small business in Chico. Lee was also able to incorporate his hard work ethic towards competing in amateur Body Building and Professional Weightlifting where he won a World Bench Press Championship in 2000 and several other major titles throughout California and this Country.

Starting a small family about ten years ago gave Lee further insight on the importance of finding affordable and safe housing for others. He spent three years as a mortgage consultant and eventually obtained his Real Estate License. As a Real Estate Professional with his diverse background and unbeatable work ethic, Lee has made it his goal to serve his clients with the highest standards in buying and selling residential Real Estate. With the current market of foreclosures, low prices, and never-before-seen low interest’s rates, there are amazing opportunities especially for buyers.
